Everything is perfect except for a couple of things such as
1. the noise on the neighbors you can hear the tiny walking noise from the upper resident
2. poor signal for direct TV
3. leasing office is not filled with coffee and the door is closed all the time. Not friendly
4. slow maintenance

I have had some pretty bad experiences renting apartments. In this area apartments are expensive and as a consumer, when I pay top dollar I expect top dollar service and product. Often that isn't the case in Alpharetta Johns Creek area. HOWEVER, at St. Andrews it is. The apartments are all upgraded and nicely done. The manintance staff is nice. The community is well gated and quite. The only problem is a small one, I can hear my neighbors above me walking sometimes. Never talking just walking. It isn't a major issue at all. Just the only thing I could think of I don't like about St. Andrews so far. Amber the propetrty manager is great great great. Love being a resident here. Its a breath of fresh air in Alpharetta Johns Creek.

The neighborhood is awesome and is in a great location. The atmosphere of the complex is great, nice and quiet yet kid friendly. The pool is nice and the hammock area, but they took out the kids playground and put in a dog park, which seems a little silly considering the amount of kids in the complex. Our apartment was one of the older ones so my opinion on that may be a little skewed due to the fact everything was pretty much falling apart. We would have liked to stay but with the steep increase in rent upon renewal we ended our lease.

I had my eye on this property for a few years and I finally moved in. My experience has been great. The property is clean, maintenance staff is great and everyone in the office has been amazing. I love it here and would recommend this property to my friends and family.
